In medicine, the application of nanotechnology is related to use nanoscale materials improve and develop new diagnostic therapeutic methods. Due unique physicochemical optical characteristics titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs), such as high biocompatibility, surface properties, relative stability, they have been widely investigated for medical purposes, particularly a theranostic agent in cancer diagnosis treatment. This review concentrates on current progress applications TiO2 nanostructures treatment domains.
